KIndly be advised that my daughter and her aunt boarded a bus from Midrand to Polokwane. According to the driver, after the Bosman station, the luggage compartment was not properly closed and it opened while he was turning on the corner and 2 luggage bags fell off the luggage compartment. It is unfortunate that those bags belonged to my daughter and her aunt and it was carrying shoes and clothes. They are both without shoes and the only pair of shoes they have are the ones that they were wearing at the time when they lost their luggage. Can you imagine not having shoes in this winter, imagine an 8 year old without shoes in winter..

The driver of the bus mentioned that he did not check the door that it was properly closed. Translux should replace what we lost.

I have emailed Thandiwe Ngobeni and lodge a complaint, its been almost a month and there is still no feedback. i have send 2 follow up emails with no reply. the service i am getting from Transucks is ridiculous. Shame on you Transucks.
