Wrong bus and super dirty

<p>I recently had car trouble and needed to travel from Mossel Bay to Port Elizabeth and had little choice in taking the bus. I booked a city to city ticket and after waiting a while for the city to city bus to arrive I asked a translux bus driver where the bus was. He informed me that I would actually be taking translux and not city to city. When I was on the bus there were ****roaches both dead and alive all over the floor. It was disturbing to say the least. So my two complaints are hygiene and the fact that I almost missed the bus because I was not told to wait for a translux bus.</p>
