Worst trip ever trip took 8hrs on a trip of 4hrs

They don't even deserve one star if u had minus 10 was gonna write that.took the bus by 8am and on the trip the driver stopped 5 times.n we reached springs after 5pm.how can a trip from elim to springs take over 8hours.your service is the worst.will never use it or advice any one to use it.u dnt value or respect your customers
