Worst Trip Ever

I booked a bus which was supposed to leave at 11:15 from East London.Bus was delayed and eventually left at 14:30 from East London station.From there sent to Windmill where we were asked to change buses.On arrival at Kokstad we were asked to change buses again with another bus traveling to Cape Town and the reason mentioned was that ours had a permit and theirs didn't.The bus we've been changed to turns out to have broken down.As I'm typing this we're stuck in Kokstad with no idea what arrangements are being made to get us to Durban.The customer care line is the worst.Truly the worst experience I've had with buses and the sight of any Translux bus will probably infuriate me to the core for a while!!!!!!?
