Worst service ever experienced

It is 07/01/2923 02:08 Me and my brother has tickets from Warrenton to Pretoria with a 23:50 departure. It is now 02:10 07/01/2923 and we are still waiting. We are with another passenger that's been here since 8pm This is past ridiculous. No information senter to assist. All available contact numbers either don't exist or just ring until eventually dropping the call. Utterly disgusting. Really a very bad experience.
