Worst service EVER

We booked a ticket for sunday 28 December 2025 departure time was at 2:55 we arrived at location 2:25 we waited there till 6:30 not one City to City or Translux Bus in sight non of the number work no communication whatsoever we needed to be in Worcester at 8 this is very bad service wil never use City to City or Translux ever again
