Worst service at Translux

On Friday the 28th of September 2018, I booked a bus from Port Shepstone to East London with a return ticket which was scheduled to be on Saturday the 29th September 2018. The problem started when the bus to East London was not on time and when it did finally arrive, I had the misfortune to be placed at a seat which saw me having to deal with water spilling from the air conditioning system. Now what I found most irritating was the fact that I went to Windmill to catch a bus to Port Shepstone which was scheduled to depart at 22:00 and when we got there we had to sit in a empty bus and no one from Translux was there to explain.
