The worst service ever

My grandmother is still waiting is 22h50 for the bus to Cape town that was supposed to leave at 23h45 to Cape town .. she is pensioner sitting in the cold had to ask people to take her to the bus .. the numbers provided is not even working after how many attempts still no answer on the number .. how can you operate a business like this !!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed ..
