Worst Service

<p>I took the 16:00 Translux Bus from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth,when we got to Bloem we were told we will have to wait two and half hours for people in Kroonstad that have to be transported to Bloem to catch the same bus we were in,there was no apology on this even the bus drivers were clueless of what is going on,instead the lady at the translux offices in Bloem was rude and was giving us attitude as if this problem was cause by us passangers. The whole reason I catched that bus its because I knew it would arrive at 06:40 yet it only arrived at 10am in the morning in which I couldnt even attend what I came for.I will never catch this bus again.</p>
