Worst experience of my life !

Friday the 1st of December 2017.I booked a ticket from Pretoria to Cape Town ,departure had to be 16:45...Firstly the bus arrived late at 17:45 ,and I was expected time of arrival to Cape Town was 11:30am!just when I thought the situation could not get any worse,when we had approached the Vaal tollgate Just after Johannesburg the bus was over heating ,this happened at 21:50pm,Therefore the drivers said no the bus couldn’t make it to Cape Town so we have to wait for another bus or a mechanic !The mechanic guy with a Mercedes service bakkie came after hours !And still he said he needed a fan or something ,so we still waiting !The drivers are calling in at the pretoria office to assist them so they said they’d send in another bus !I kid you not we camped in that bus till morning ,So we then decided to take matters into our own hands and call there offices in Pretoria again !!So the guy picks up the phone and he hungs up and they no longer take any of our calls ..A bus was sent to us at 10:00am the next day!Kids were crying cause they wer hungry we had no where to purchase food ,it was a disaster !Fine so when the new bus comes apparently it had problems also so they had to take some parts from our old bus to this new one .Sigh then we took of for Cape Town ,we arrived in Cape Town at 1/2am!!!!No shuttle was arranged for us going to different areas some people slept at the station !Translux is nonsense !I wouldn’t advice anyone to travel with it !
