Worst Busline EVER!

Our bags flew from the baggage compartment. The driver was driving recklessly and very fast on a pass. The passangers were complaining and asked the driver to slow down more than once. Next thing, the bags flew from the baggage compartment. I have been struggling for one year to get any feedback from them. I cannot get any feedback from the claims department. Worst bus line EVER!!!
