Worst Bus trip ever

<p>I booked a trip from Port Shepstone to Port Elizabeth. The bus arrived on time on the 17th /01/2017 at exactly 18H30. I even overlooked the fact that it looked like it just came out of life support. Punctuality is not something you get every day. As soon as it started moving, it made very stressful sounds, I looked at the person next to me and said "it's not going to make it" it brokedown outside Butterworth at 2am. Pitch black in the middle of know where. We waited 3 hours for another bus, it finally arrived past 5. It couldn't make it past EL it started breaking down so we drove 50km/h making sure we don't leave pieces along the road. We got into a third bus and we are all just praying that it at least makes PE. </p> <p> </p> <p>This company is gone to the bin. Can I get my refund please and whether you give me or not this was my last trip of 12 years Thankyou. I sent two emails to customercare I doubt you even know what that is.</p>
