Worst Bus service ever

On Thursday 22/09/2021 me and my wife went from JHB-Polokwane, the bus driver was on her phone the whole time, talking and sending messages. on Monday 27/09/2021 we came back from Polokwane to JHB, the buses was more than an hour late, they where over full, some people had to stay behind in Polokwane as there was no buses coming and was given refunds, the bus doesn't have air con or air con not working, then the driver as well on his phone the whole time, advised us that they going to split the people in hamanskraal so that all the JHB guys get on 1 bus, we did that, the doors dont stay open to get you luggage and no one helps you, this time in a bus even fuller, very rude bus driver as well this time, air con also not working, then he stops next to a taxi rank in Olifantsfontein, transferring people from one bus to another and back, going back and forward a few times, asking the bus driver must the guys from Midand also go o that bus his reply is you better keep quite as that's not what i said, just to be transferred to the other bus by the driver from the other bus, 8 people was left behind as the climbed off as the bus is full and you had to stand, even and old lady struggling to walk and breath was left, m and my wife also stayed behind as this is very unprofessional service, we will never ever use Translux ever again and will make sure everyone we know what type of company this is.
