Worst BUS SERVICE EVER!!!!

Worst service ever!!!!!! We grandmother was supposed to climb on the bus at 18:35 this afternoon, but the bus never pitched up to fetch her. We waited there until 21:58pm. But no one came to fetch her. She has a Doctor's appointment back home in Sedgefield, and scheduled her visit so she can be back home in time to see the Doctor. We live in Stilfontein which is about 1200km from her home!!!

We paid for the ticket already but no one came and fetch her!!! Absolutely pathetic! They didnt even have the decency to just phone and tell us they going to be late or not pitch at all. And dont even try to phone them as it just rings endlessly!!
