Worst bus experience

I am writing in regards to my horrifying experience with the services I received during my trip from Bloemfontein to Mthatha on the 17th of August 2017.As I was boarding the bus I was told that the bus was full and I would have to sit on the passage. I was definitely appalled by this because how do you over book a bus?? I also did not understand how I was expected to travel such a long distance not sitting in my own chair. The driver then suggested in Aliwal North that I go on another bus but it was not going to mthatha and they would pick me up in Queenstown, however when I got to Queenstown the bus had already left and I had to find other means to get to Mthatha.
