Worst bus ever: City to City

I had booked a City to City bus on the 18th of September 2022 from Bloemfontein to East London. Bus was supposed to depart at 23:59 but it never came or did not stop for pick up in bloemfontein. City to City bus passed at 01:40, I ran to it thinking it would stop, but it just passed me. I stood there for more than 3 hours thinking another city to City bus will pass by, but there was nothing. I called their office several times and they did not answer. What's worse is they have offices but they are not open. City to City bus I want my refund of R380
