Worse Service Ever

I bought a ticket for Sunday 2nd Feb 2020, scheduled for 23:55pm bus to Joburg. I had waited for an hour prior the time as it was starting to rain. I called the help line several times with no luck. The bus arrived at 00:45am, by the time i grabbed my luggage the bus was moving(Gone). It ddn't even wait 10seconds. I left the place at 02:00am hoping maybe there is another bus coming. What ****es me of is that my partner lost an opportunity to travel to an interview. I will never ever book this bus again.
