WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!

it isn't the first time receiving such a bad service from them .my little brother uses them over the holidays. early this year he took a bus from kaalfontein to acornhoek the damn bus broke down in hazyview they waited more than 5 hours with no information nor update whats happening my mother had to drive from acornhoek to haziview to fetch him and no feedback was given at all..AGAIN on Monday 11 December 2017 i booked him a bus ticket from acornhoek to oakmoor tembisa the bus he was in broke down AGAIN!!! somewhere after haziview side in the bushes apparently the excuse was the bus was away on a cape town trip REALLY i doubt they service their buses regularly as such incidents are to be avoided way before hand.my brother was stuck with fellow passengers for over 6 hours from 10 am -5 pm where they (driver ) called the mechanic to come and fix the bus but never showed up-imagine waiting in the sun for ****ing 6 hours hungry and frustrated and no feedback given to them in the middle of nowhere.i suggest other EFFICIENT bus companies must take over as clearly translux/city to city doesn't know how to treat paying customers. they even refused to refund them --if they had refunded my brother he would have taken a taxi instead.
