What a pleasant trip

On Friday 8/5/15 my daughter and I travelled from Bellville to Grahamstown on the Translux morning bus.<br> The drivers were so friendly and helpful when we embarked.<br> Astrid the hostess did everything to make us feel welcome.<br> She introduced herself and the drivers to the passengers, asked everyone to please make use of their safety belts (first time ever on my many bus trips) which were neatly on the seats when we embarked. She also informed where our long stops would be.<br> She routinely came around with a black bag to remove *******. The bus was most certainly the cleanest I have travelled on.<br> The crew were neat and tidy.<br> She also came round to say goodbye to the passengers before the crew changed at PE.<br> The bus was on time which is a first for me!<br> What a difference the Eastern Cape crew were. No neat uniforms or uniforms for that matter.<br> No welcome and no friendliness.<br> Well done Western Cape and Astrid and her drivers. Thank You.<br> I hope to see you when I go up to Grahamstown in July.
