Very very rude translux cashier

<p>Good day</p> <p>I forgot my return ticket on their bus upon arrival in Johannesburg(Park station) , went to one of the cashiers to ask for a re-print of my ticket, he was extremely rude towards me, threw my staff (drivers licence and student card and ticket) when giving them to me. Took a picture of him, told him he has given me very bad service, he then decided to follow me I was leaving the park station and threatened to take my phone because I took a picture of him. I asked him to give me his name before all of this and he refused. This happened at roughly 6:20am this morning.</p> <p>So disappointed by the treatment I received from a bus I take 4-6 times in a month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards <br />Bandile Mtyide</p>
