Very poor service

<p>My uncle has been stuck in Butterworth since 1pm waiting for translux bus from Durban heading to mosselbay the bus has not yet arrived and they is no communication or what so ever , there is no bus terminal or station at Butterworth he is standing in the middle of nowhere in the cold weather I'm highly disappointed and disgusted by this service and willingly for him to go back home and you guys need to give him a new ticket to mosselbay he is suppose to go back to work but he can't because you incompetency delayed him from his job and not even sure if a bus will come or not</p>
