Very late bus and no notices

<p>My name Adelaide Mokhehle, I have been waiting at the information centre in Kimberley since 05:45 for a 06:00 Translux bus thats going to Johannesburg. I called the whole morning to hear where the bus was and the phone was only answered at 07:58. The person who answered didn't even know what is going on and had to call me back with the information that the bus is 4 hours late, that it will arrive at 10:00. I called again at 10:45 and 11:18 to ask where is the bus, both people I spoke with took my number and promised to getback to me. Its now 11:42 I'm still waiting for their calls. What does one call this no service? Bus ticket Ref no.VOC010 </p>
