Very bad service from city to city

I booked a bus online from Potchefstroom to Pretoria for 27th September 2023 for 06:40 but that bus never came, no messages no call nothing. I have sat at that garage until 12:00 midday but it never came. I called the customer service but no answer. I need my money back
