Very bad service

Good day. On Tuesday night 17/04/2018 I booked and paid online for a bus ticket to JHB. Yesterday 18/04/2018 I arrived at the ticket office to collect my ticket to find the offices of Translix closed and the lady at the city to city side told me they were on strike and ignored all further queries i tried to make. I phoned their call center this morning 19/04/2018 to ask about my refund and was told to phone again on monday to get my refund as they on strike. This is very poor service as they could have stated online that they were striking and as is I am missing a funeral because of this action no action on their part.
