Very bad service

ThisJust want to lodge a complaint against the service and horified time I had on my last travel with Translux bus service. I traveled from Welkom to Centurion firstly the bus was delayed 6 hours without anybody keeping us informed, secondly they removed my suitcase from the compartment and left it at park station Johannesburg where I had to make a plan at my own cost to go and fetch it and where I am to found R1000 ****** from my suitcase, thirdly they missed my drop off point at ultra city Samrand then dropped me off next to the highway.
