Useless service

So i booked the bus for 15 june 2022 that will travel at 18:45 from Port Elizabeth to Durban so we had to sleep at the station the whole night. The raining was pouring so badly and we didn't have anything warm to wear since we thought we will get the warmth during the journey from the bus ride. I never felt that cold in my life i couldn't even move a thing a night because of City to city. Im so disappointed with your service. It would've been much better if they called us and notify us that they are no longer coming instead of making us sleep outside. What we we got ****d?? What if we got ****** by ****s?? What if we got kidnapped m*** useless service ever
