Useless / pathetic bus services

This is now the second time in one month that my mom is stuck due to a bus breakdown. First time the windshield came loose and they were stuck with no refreshments. Now as im logging this complaint they stuck in Oudshoorn problems with brakes. After the bus driver reported to city to city management that there is problems with bus they told him to continue to ride. They are now stuck since this afternoon 17h30. All there busses needs to be band from the road.
