Unsafe and unhygienic City to City

What a ********** experience this was. My mother traveled with the City to City bus from Klerksdorp to Mossel Bay and it is not an experience that will ever be repeated. The bus was dirty, papers from previous passengers still stuffed into the compartments, windows smeared, bottles rolling back and forth on the bus. Seats are small and cramped, music was played loudly over the intercom the WHOLE night long and the very worst, is the fact that the bus driver made several calls on his cellphone while driving. We canceled her return ticket and booked on Greyhound, which for a nominal difference in price, offers a clean and safe bus to travel on. If you care about your safety, I would avoid City to City at all costs.
