Unreliable transportation

<p>I was very disappointed by city to city this Sunday (04/12/2016) I bought tickets on Thursday from Swartruggens bus to Jhb (park station). The bus was supposed to be there at 14:20, stood there till 3pm when we decided to call and we were told that the bus wasn't operating for that day. I was very disappointed because I had to cough out more money which was out of my bI'd get to get a taxi. So my point is why were we not informed in advance that the bus won the be operating so that we could make other transport arrangements . So City to City is not reliable and I was ****** an amount of R280, I was told to go get a refund on Monday (05/12). So I had to bunk work to do that, which wasn't possible. Very disappointed!!!</p>
