Unprofessional city to city bus service

If i could give city to city zero i would. They are so unprofessional, unreliable, plain *******. I bought tickets to Uitenhage forr my two sons on 27 Jan 2025. The bus was supposed to pick them up in Bloemfontein at 23:00 at night. The bus never came. Up until now, 15:00 on 28 Jqn 2025 we never gor any communication from them, all their phone numbers are either off or theh ring until it goes to voicemail. We had to pay a taxi to get my sons to the bus terminal and again back home this morning. They are just plain ******* because how do you take phone numbers but dont call your paying passengers to telk them you will be late or not coming at all and reimburse them. Poor poor poor service. ******* is not the word!
