Unprofessional checking in

I was checked in on to a wrong bus by one of the check I. Ladies at Park Station Johannesburg. They only checked me inn by ticket date, time n price and filled to look at my destination. I was supposed to travel from JHB too Tzaneen but ended up in Venda Thohoundou, only to be told there is no driver to take me to my destination. I lost out on my work that I was supposed to do as I was guest DJ at a funny and would like to get reimbur*****t for my ticket. This happened on this date 30/04/16
