Unprofessional and poor service

<p> i booked a bus from JHB to Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>The bus was late and no apologies to us.<br />I was with my son who is 4 years old, I paid his fee cause his 4.<br />When I got inside the bus there was no sit that can accommodate both of us so we had to sit in different sit.<br />Seeing that my son is young and there is no passenger that can agree to sit with him I them went and speak to the lady that was helping us, I did not get her name.<br />I asked her if he can do something in order for us to be accommodated, her ANSWER was that SPEAK TO THEM, and she was not even looking at me, I ignore her attitude towards me, I then ask her speak to who? She then said we don’t reserve sit, TrunsLux reserve sit not us, i asked her are you not working for TrunsLux? she’s not even looking at me and she’s loud, yes I work for TransLux but when you were booking your sit you should have told them that you going with our son so they must reserve a sit of two, I then said that I understand it may mistake but I never did that before and I don’t think ShopRite has that access, now she’d starting to be loud. <br />Opposite her there was 4 sit, I then ask her if I can use on of then she said those sit are reserve for drivers not for passengers.<br />She’s is not busy cause she’s has finished checking our tickets and staff.<br />I then took a bag that was there put it opposite where I was standing behind her, then she started shouting and calling the drivers, one of the driver come and he said nothing to me and the other driver went to the passengers and ask one of the passenger if he could assist me by moving because I needed to sit with my son and we cannot sit in different sit cause my son is 4. The passenger was okay he moved to another sit<br />I then thank the driver and on my way she’s busy talking and I’m getting irritated cause one she did not help me, two I’m getting help still she’s talking. <br />I said “**** this” cause I was agree and I was also frustrated by these whole thing. <br />I went and sit while I was trying to sort out my staff the lady come back from the toilet and she told me that her sit so I then went back to that sit that was reserve for the driver, she stood up and said to me “YOU COME HERE TO MAKE A SCENE” I said to her if it look like it then believe whatever you what to believe, she was pointing fingers at me. <br />I was agree again I said **** this, She then said you swearing at me, the bus is going nowhere I’m the captain of this bus and I want to show you. She then Pick up her phone and she called someone and she said please call me back now, she was calling the police, the police that she called I believe that was his boyfriend. The lady started talking Isisuthu I don’t understand the language and she was very loud and because I could not here the language I cannot specify what she was saying to the police. My husband then said I understand the language and she’s telling lies, and he started asking her why are you lying and she said I’m not lying all I want now is the police to come and through her out of the bus.<br />Not sure whether the police was refusing to come and help her cause I then had her saying please come now I what her out of this but, they talked almost 10 to 15 minutes. <br />The police come and they called me, I went out of the bus, they start asking me questions, I tried to explain but they did not want to here my part of the story. The police said there is nothing I can do cause she’s the captain of the bus and she saying they will refund your money back, just take your staff from the bus, I overhead the other police saying how can you drop a women and a child at 10pm, how do you expect her to go home because all the bus station are close and she can’t even book another bus the boyfriend police said the captain of the bus said I must throw them out of the bus so I’m doing my job.<br />I need my money back as she promised that TrunsLux will pay it back, Two that was not my aim to go with Greyhound so I also need my money that I used to pay Greyhound, I have attached proof for both buses. If not so they I will then be forced to report this to Media and other platforms. I have the list of all journalist and I wanted to report this even on Sunday but I did not because I wanted to inform TrunsLux first. <br /> </p> <p>She was so rude, no respect at all for passengers. Imagine if I was ****d or ****ed at the station? What if they ****ed my son or took him away? I also wish to know why the drivers did not interfere cause I was sitting on their sit and Two they did not even say a thing to police when they come. Why the lady did not call the security first? Why the police? </p> <p> i want my money back for both buses for my time, trauma and and the inconvinience cause bus Translux.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
