Unhappy firstime passengers

Very bad experience, first time and last time. I booked city to city, and ended up in a translux bus from DBN TO CPT. That was fine until an announcement was made in another language for us to go to city to city bus in mthatha, I didn't understand until I asked what's happening. We them had to move and upon arring I. the city to city bus I realised there no toilet facility, which I have 3 toddlers with me that will be disturbing me to pee during the journey. Planning, strategy and focus is very important in a business else business will loose it's face, which from most reviews I can see translux/ city to city has already last their image. Thank you
