Unacceptable Delays and Poor Communication on City to City Bus Service

I recently traveled with City to City from Johannesburg to Durban. The bus was scheduled to depart at 09:30 but left at 11:30, resulting in a 2-hour delay. An hour into the journey, just before the De Hoek toll gate, the bus broke down, and we were stranded for an additional 3 hours awaiting a replacement. Throughout this ordeal, communication from the company was minimal, leaving passengers frustrated and uncertain. This experience has raised serious concerns about the reliability and customer care standards of City to City.
