Un roadworthy filthy buses operating in Limpopo

I went through the most awful bus ride from, Giyani to Pretoria a distance of under 550 km which took me over 8 hours to get there due to dozens unnecessary stops including 3 weigh bridges of which all were failed resulting in hours of delays. The bus driver took 3 hours to travel 150 km from Giyani to Polokwane. All this because we stopped we stopped numerous times on the side of the road to pick up people. and stopped for an hour at Polokwane doing God knows what cause only a few passengers were picked up. The bus was filthy and crawling with ****roaches but the worst part is we didn't have air-conditioning and were forced to wait in the heat of Limpopo. We stopped by every weigh bridge and failed the weigh in every time thus further delaying us. I regularly travel using these busses so I'm fami**** with the standards I've come to expect from Translux buses. Translux must not take advantage of the poor and subject them to such traveling conditions. please take bus reg: YSN 749 GP off the road as its not roadworthy and should not be carrying passengers. upon calling the call centre with my complaint I was asked so what's the problem terrible service all round
