Un exceptable service

I book a ticket online from Kimberley to Bellville on Thursday 07 November 2019. The bus was 90 minutes late. I asked the driver why are they late and his response was that the fuel card was not approved. The bus was cold and the African music was very loud. The driver sing along with the music. I jump off the bus in Stikland and not Bellville. The bus was standing at the Sasol station for about 20 minutes. Nobody was waiting for the bus. The engine cover at the back was open and they continued to drive with it opened. It is the cheapest bus, but never again. Was my worst experience ever on the bus.
