Trunslux worst experience!

The service keeps on getting worst that one is even tired of saying anything! For the third time now this year Trunslux has made us wait for more than an hour without any communication about a bus being late! On the ticket we a told to check in 30min before departure time( 9 am) but that’s not true! 9am bus leaves at 10:20! This has led us missing our connecting buses! When you ask by the offices at the station, they shout at you as if you are a child that doesn’t know anything!

It’s not fair for us as customers to always miss our connecting busses because trunslux buses chose to leave at their own time!
