Trunslux buses are not serviced

I am writing this review stuck at Park station in Jhb. The bus left Pta at 16h00 and kept on switching off and on before we even reached Jhb. We arrived at Jhb just before 18h00,all this time the drive was on the phone informing whoever that the bus has issues with gears. I assumed that when we get to Park station another bus will be waiting for us. When we got to Park station they proceded to board passangers and noone said anything to us. Eventually after all the passengers in Park station had boarded this s**** of a bus,only then did the driver inform us that the bus has a breakdown the gears aren't working and they are waiting for an electrician from Pretoria. Meaning it's highly possible this MIGHT not be fixed tonight.

I don't understand why we haven't been assigned another bus,and also the communication from the drivers leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. This is a couple of days after their bus had 2 accidents in one day between Umtata and Butterworth.

This is the first and last time I am using Translux. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
