**** treatment from Translux

I have had the worst experience of my life , they left with my luggage from Polokwane to I dont know where and I was left abodoned and stranded. I waited from R71 Sasol Tzaneen from 8:10 for a bus departing at 8:30 but the bus arrived at 9:00 and it was not a translux and no one even bothered to explain and I asked the city to city driver if they had an idea as to when the Translux would be here and the driver just said this is the bus. The state and condition of the bus was bad even the seats were falling off. And they did not care to explain what was happening with the bus I booked. We go to Polokwane and the sales ladies had no regard of our frustrations and asked for the manager and he told me there's your bus it is stark and I can do whatever I want because I must just use the bus I am given. I was travelling with a friend who has a spinal cord issue and the sits cant recline and the bus looks nothing like a bust to go long distances..I have pictures of all this and my luggage left with the driver and I am left sitted in the sun was refused a toilet and water at the Polokwane pick up point
