Travelled from Johannesburg to Whittlesea 22 December 2017. Luggage not tagged, No assistance from staff to advise when you may step off bus to use other facilities since the facility on the bus was disgusting.

Horrible, felt like a piece of cattle, might as well use Prasa and hope you get alive at your destination. Staff unprofessional, bus not clean, no bags for ******* disposal provided, no stops to get some refreshments, toilet facilities not maintained and smelly. No entertainment on busses, keep on playing music that it is of no use since you do not understand a word of it.
