Trash service from city to city

I received the most pathetic service from city to city bus service today. I booked a bus on friday from polokwane to joburg for Sunday(today). When the bus arrived at the station we were told it's full and left us stranded at the station. When I tried to book for the next day, I was told to pay an extra 20 rands. Not only did you inconvenience me, you want me to pay extra for your inefficiency. How appalling is that? Absolutely disgusted by your lack of organisation and professionalism. Wasted my time energy and money by booking city to city. If you value your money and time, never board this bus
