Tranxlux have bad service

My kids are travelling from Bloemfontein to Durban and the bus is broken we don't even know where they are but they are not even halfway for eight hours the bus stuck somewhere. Kids cellphones are now dead we don't know what is going on and if they are safe, all your contact details are not answered. Now we have to guess when they will arrive maybe they will arrive on Monday we don't know. We received no notification of what has happened. I am very disgusted and angry about your service I will never use translux ever again. How am I suppose to sleep and how am I going to have a good day not knowing if my kids are safe and fine. They also came late at the pick up place. They don't even deserve a star
