Translux/city to city services Is horrible and they don’t care

On the 6th of September I traveled from Johannesburg to Sibasa. I bought my ticket at shoprite for a translux service to sibasa. Instead of giving us a translux bus, they gave us a city to city bus. A bus without aircon on a Limpopo heat weather. They were not even apologetic about it, they just told us that the correct bus had a problem with wheel alignment and they were unable to fix it there only available bus was a city to city. We paid for a translux service and were given city to city bus service. The bus was late and to save time they put us on a bus to phalaborwa. While we are travelling a boy came needing bathroom and they could not open the bathroom because it was not working. They change us to the city to city bus in midrand. The buses are old and uncomfortable
