Translux/City to City is the worst ever

City to City is refusing to refund me and are ignoring my calls after I was forced to book another bus due to them being late for more than 5 hours. I called Shadrack and sent him emails. He cut my call as soon as I talked about refund and never ever picked up afterwards. They have no intention of being professional and have some integrity.
