Translux/City to city bus services

Booked a ticket from Durban to Johannesburg. The bus was set to leave at 21:00 and I was told to get at Durban station at 20:30 I got there at 19:40.. Firstly there’s one person working alone to assist a lot of people... so sat waited for the bus and at 20:50 I stood up to get information about where to wait for the bus and that’s when the lady tells me there’s a delay the has been an accident so my bus will be late but by 21:30 they should arrive. I sat till about 22:19 and again went to ask her what was happening and she told me the same thing I asked to see the manager and that’s when she explained that the manager was at home sleeping and wasn’t answering her calls and neither is the bus drivers and she was panicking cause now she didn’t know what to tell us and that she wasn’t communicating anything to us cause she also don’t know... she Than has to knock off and leave.. now the was no communication coming in or out all we knew is that the buses are stuck due to an accident that happened in the afternoon while other bus services had buses coming in.. the service really sucks.
