Translux, Worst Bus Ever

The bus ticket and sales representative assure me that the bus will arrive at Pretoria at 14:25, although the bus left 15 minutes late from Polokwane, it still arrived in Pretoria at 15:15, there was no traffic or road delays that could’ve added to the time, which led me to the conclusion that the Translux company mirepresents and misleads us on their arrival time, as I made flight bookings looking at the arrival of 14:25, this led me to my flight leaving me, and the penalty fee was R800, which I couldn’t afford at that time...Worst Bus Ever
