Translux we take it by Force

I bought a ticket in parkstation Johannesburg on 19 march2019 to Tzaneen. The ticket consultant sold me a ticket from Pretoria to Tzaneen. And advised me that that the bus is departing at 10am. When I arrived at the station I at the station I wad advised that the bus left am hour ago.

That when I checked my ticket only to realise that the ticket I was sold was a ticket from Pretoria to my destination . I since request a refund,i was advised that there is a fee that u should pay fir my ticket to be refunded or I should look fir the person who sold me the ticket.

Im not an employee or affiliated eith tranlux but a mear customer. I have not received my full refund till this day. I have called Translux's number since then however no response till date as their phones are not being answered.

Translux is used to be *****ing fron their customer's. I want my money back ticket **********
