Translux Translax!!

<p>Purchased tickets for my kids to come over for Ester weekend only to find out that the bus drivers are striking. Obviously kids are stranded 350km away now. Try phoning Translax officers for info and obviously no-one answers. Have sent emails and even there no luck!! Got hold of the branch in Bloemfontein and the guy there was helpful enough to tell me i need to go to the centre of Jhb, to their offices at Park Station to get a refund!!!! </p> <p>Quick to accept payment via internet, eft or credit card, but not willing to reimburse the same way!!</p> <p>Poor!!! </p>
