TransLux takes you to the wrong destination t

I've booked a ticket on TransLux from Bloemfontein to Kroonstad. They took me to Kroonvaal instead of Kroonstad and when I enquired about it they told me that I should've told them I wanted to get off at Kroonstad. Then at Kroonvaal they wanted to get me a lift with a stranger back to Kroonstad. Well they get points for trying but I most CERTAINLY did NOT pay money to get a lift with a stranger with a possibility of getting kidnapped or who knows what else. I'm honestly disgusted and will never use TransLux again. I am going to place a formal complaint with Trans Lux as well and will demand my money back!
