Translux stinks

I shared it in June booked to be picked up at midrand and bus never stopped after wasting money on calls was informed bus already on its way to bloem I wasted petrol to get to midrand and then had the extra expense of driving down with my car and back no ticket refund at. Bloem the cashier was so rude and wouldn't get me details of who to contact re the refund or why. Bus never stopped. They are the worst possible to try and contact. I tried thru u to no avail. Wasted time and lots of uncalled for money. Being a pensioner I felt every bit of my money being spent unnecessary
